Lewis Advisory Group is an investment adviser registered in the State of California.  We may not transact business in states where we are not appropriately registered, however, in many cases we may be still be able to provide services under an exclusion or exemption from registration requirements. Individualized responses to persons that involve either the effecting of transaction in securities, or the rendering of personalized investment advice for compensation, will not be made without registration or exemption.

PRIVICY POLICY NOTICE

Federal law requires us to disclose our Privacy Policy. With the exceptions below, we restrict our clients’ personal information to our employees and affiliates or prospective affiliates for business purposes only, and we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards for such information. Our affiliates or prospective affiliates may only receive such information or provide services to us under contractual nondisclosure agreements. We do not sell client names or lists under any circumstances or make such information available for any sort of solicitation by nonaffiliated third parties. We disclose non-public client information to non-affiliated third parties as necessary for the conduct of our business or as legally required, such as: (a) upon your authorization whether verbally, or, as we may require from you, in writing, for example, to an attorney or accountant; (b) to comply with subpoena, summons, or court order, or in response to judicial process, law enforcement or regulatory authorities, or as a part of any actual or threatened legal proceedings or alternative dispute resolution proceedings either intiated by or against us, or in compliace with the USA Patriot Act, Section 326, or to help us prevent fraud. If we must disclose client information in any way that is inconsistent with any part of this section, we will give you the opportunity to opt out of such disclosure. We apply the same privacy policies and practices to our former clients that we do to our existing clients. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy.
